Refund Application
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the day after the product is received.
Requests submitted after this period, or not meeting our store’s refund policy conditions, may be declined. Please contact us before submitting a request.

Non-Refundable Items
Refunds cannot be accepted for the following categories due to personal reasons:
Customized / made-to-order products
Unsealed personal hygiene items
Refund Procedure
We will respond within 3 business days after receiving your request.
Once approved, please return the complete product within 4 business days, and notify us via message with the courier details and tracking number to avoid unnecessary delays.
After we receive and confirm the condition of the returned product, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.
Exchange Service
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the day after the product is received via message.
Availability of exchange depends on product type and stock status; please confirm with us in advance.
Once approved, please return the complete product within 7 business days.
After receiving and confirming the product condition, we will ship the replacement within 7 business days.
