條款與細則 Terms and Conditions

一、一般條款 General Terms

  • Amazing Studio Mall（以下簡稱「本公司」）經營商品銷售與客製化服務。所有顧客於下單購買時，即表示同意本條款與細則。
    Amazing Studio Mall ("the Company") engages in the sale of products and customization services. By placing an order, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • 所有價格以港幣（HKD）計算。
    All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

二、商品銷售 Products

  • 現貨商品數量有限，售完即止。
    In-stock items are limited in quantity and available while supplies last.

  • 商品圖片僅供參考，實際商品可能因拍攝光線或螢幕顯示差異而略有不同。
    Product images are for reference only. Actual items may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

  • 若商品缺貨，本公司有權取消訂單並全額退款。
    If an item is out of stock, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

三、客製化服務 Customization Services

  • 客製化訂單一經確認設計與付款，恕不接受取消、退款或更改。
    Customized orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified once the design is confirmed and payment is made.

  • 本公司提供最多 2 次免費設計修改，超出次數後將收取額外費用。
    Up to two free design revisions are offered. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

  • 客戶需確保提交之設計內容無侵犯任何第三方知識產權。
    Customers must ensure that any submitted designs do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

四、付款與交付 Payment & Delivery

  • 成功付款後，我們將於 2–4 個工作天內安排現貨商品出貨；客製化商品則依設計確認後 7–10 個工作天內生產完成。
    After successful payment, in-stock items will be shipped within 2–4 working days; customized items will be produced within 7–10 working days after design confirmation.

  • 香港本地配送，運費另計，並於結帳時顯示。
    Local delivery within Hong Kong is available. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • 海外訂單需另行安排物流，運費與時間視地點而異。
    For international orders, shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by destination.

五、退換貨政策 Return & Exchange Policy

  • 現貨商品如有明顯損壞或錯誤，請於收貨後 3 個工作天內聯絡我們處理；客製化商品因個性化特性恕不接受退換。
    For in-stock items, if there are damages or errors, please contact us within 3 working days after receipt. Customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • 退貨商品必須保持全新狀態，並附上完整包裝與收據。
    Returned items must be in their original condition with complete packaging and receipt.

六、知識產權 Intellectual Property

  • 本網站所有圖片、設計及內容屬本公司或合作夥伴所有，未經授權不得使用或轉載。
    All images, designs, and content on this website are owned by the Company or its partners and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

七、其他 Others

  • 本條款與細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄。
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
